Services

Creative direction, commercial film production and ongoing videography. Directed, shot and cut by me — you are not handed to a rotating crew.

Monthly Creative Strategy

Concept, script, shoot, edit — every month. We test styles until we find what your audience actually responds to, then we run it. Done for you end to end, social management included if you want it.

Shooting a lifestyle setup on location
What a month looks likeOne shoot day, a batch of short form, two longer pieces, and the posting schedule to go with them.

Commercial Films

A commercial film, from first idea to final cut. I develop the concept, book the crew and run pre-production before the shoot.

Studio production with full crew and lighting
What it involvesTreatment, location scout, crew, call sheet, one or two shoot days, then post.

Founder Story Branding

A documentary on your business. Where it started, what it took, and where it stands now — told by the person who actually built it.

Founder interview setup, two-camera
What it involvesInterview-led, shot across a day, cut into one main film plus the short form pulled out of it.

Creative Direction

You already have the production. I come in to lead it — the concept, the direction and the calls on the day. Brought on as director and strategist, not as the producer.

Directing a crew on location
How it worksYour crew, your budget, my direction. Hired on the back of the work, not a pitch deck.

Shoot day at your convenience. First cut in five to seven business days. One round of notes. Final within two days of notes.

Coaching

Filmmaking and videography coaching for creators going full-time. Most people don't need better gear — they need to know the next step.

How we work togetherStudy a real film
Operating a camera

Nobody taught me

Tutorials, reverse-engineering, and staying up until the thing finally worked. I know what the gap feels like from the inside.

Where are you
right now?

You shoot well and can't get paid for it
The work is good. The business around it isn't built yet. That's a different skill and it's learnable.
You have clients but no system
Every job starts from zero. Pricing, scope and turnaround get decided on instinct and it costs you.
You can see it and can't shoot it
The picture in your head doesn't make it to the screen. Usually a gap in process, not talent.

Your work.
Your next step.

I’m good at removing confusion and showing people the next step.

  1. Start with a conversation

A short call. What you're making now, what you want to be making, and what's actually in the way.

  2. Work on the real thing

We work on your real projects — your footage, your clients, your rates. Not hypotheticals.

  3. Make it yours

You leave able to do it without me. That's the point, and I don't keep people longer than that.

How I learned it.

What do you want
to work on?

Your footage, your clients, your rates. Tell me where you are and what is in the way.

About

Creative direction, filmmaking and figuring it out. South Florida.

I did not know how to do that. I figured it out anyway.

Andre Nagle at dusk

I'm a creative director and filmmaker in South Florida.

I direct commercial films, brand videography and founder stories for businesses whose work is already better than their marketing suggests — restaurants and bars, gyms and training brands, law firms, real estate teams. Concept, shoot and edit are all mine, which is the reason the thing you approve is the thing you get.

The story behind the work.

On location with a gimbal

Nobody handed me this

I learned off tutorials. If I saw a shot I could not explain, I sat with it until I could — sometimes a night, sometimes a week. That is still how I work, and it is why I can promise a look instead of hoping for one. By the time I describe it to you I have already taken it apart and built it back.

Filming at an event

The first door

It opened in a conversation behind a bar. Someone needed a camera on a job, I said I would make it work, and I showed up to a set I had no business being on. One tripod, the second camera in my hand, and an interview that had to happen in whatever corner had good light. Nobody has ever asked whether I had the right gear. They ask whether it got done.

Directing on set

Learning to lead the room

Music videos for friends, then a first paid one, then days where every call was mine. Direction is not a title you are handed. It is being the person who decides when the location falls through and the light is going — while your client, who has never been on camera, watches to see whether you look worried.

Shooting on the water in Miami

Where I work

South Florida. Miami up through Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach, and most of my clients sit inside an hour. I travel when the project earns it.

Most of the job is removing confusion and showing someone the next step.

Who this works for

Owners with something real

Restaurants, gyms, firms and teams that already do the thing well. I am not the right person to invent a story that is not there. I am the right person to find the one that is.

People who would rather not be on camera

Founders, lawyers, advisors. Much of the work is making someone who does this once a year sound like they do it every day.

Brands that need volume and a standard

Teams posting every week and tired of choosing between consistent and good. That is what the monthly work exists for.

I also coach — creators going from the job they have to the work they want. Directing and teaching turn out to be the same skill pointed in two directions, and the second one is the part I want more of.
